How to Find us
We book outings on our 30-foot sailboat based in Westchester County. Cruises going out of our mooring at New Rochelle, about an hour’s ride by train or car from Midtown Manhattan.
The Marina is accessible by public transportation from New York City using MetroNorth to the New Rochelle station. The Marina is located down the hill, about a 15 minute walk. Car transportation can be easily arranged, either from your home all the way to the Marina, or from the New Rochelle train station for the short trip to the Marina.
New Rochelle operates three easily accessible taxi services: “Bluebird Taxi” (914/632-0909); “1st Choice Taxi” (914/632-8000); and “Express City Taxi” (914/633-4500). If you take the MetroNorth train, there usually are a few taxis waiting at the New Rochelle train station.
We meet at the Municipal Marina of New Rochelle, located at 22 Pelham Road. Parking is available either at the Marina itself (down the entry road) or slightly up the hill at the parking lot behind Patsy’s Pizzeria.
The meeting point is at the “Fuel Dock” at the end of the Marina, through the last gateway at the end of the entrance to the Marina (“Dock A”).
Enter this Dock A gangway and proceed to the end, where the Fuel Dock is located.
The Skipper and Crew will bring the boat to this dock to greet you on board.
